PERFORMANCE OVERVIEWS FROM MINISTRY COLLEAGUES

Ministry Knowledge "While having no seminary degree, Dale thinks at a deeper level than most ministry people I have met. His overall understanding of the Bible, theology and church history consistently impresses me." Dr. John A. Bash

Catalyst For Change "Dale is an exceptional thinker and is consistently open to new and innovative ways of doing ministry."  Jim Lee, ThM, Director of Spiritual Life, Oaks Christian School

Counseling And Personal Growth"Though many came to the ministry wounded, most experienced a rekindling of their faith and gained a clearer vision for their lives. I believe it was Dale's interpersonal skills and sense of humor that greatly encouraged the morale of his volunteer staff, and he was used to infuse God's joy into their enthusiastic service." Peggy Bolcoa, Ph.D., MFT, Bristol Cove Counseling

Gifts "His ministry gifts exemplify that rare balance between tasks and people. He has a genuine, caring spirit for those in the church body as well as those who do not yet know God." Steve Young, Worship Arts Pastor, Renaissance Church
